Following Montblanc and Dior’s recent launches, Louis Vuitton is the next to introduce a watch featuring a ‘mysterious’ complication. Retailing at about €200,000, Tambour Mystérieuse features a movement that seems to float inside the bezel, an effect accomplished by mounting it on sapphire crystal disks. The timepiece, fully customisable down to the metal and stones on the case, is the first Vuitton has created completely in-house at its La Chaux-de-Fonds atelier in Switzerland.
